Walk Details

A fine pair of Munros that, on a fine clear day, offer magnificent views north to Ben Nevis and west to Ardgour and beyond.

We will meet at the Ballachulish Primary School Car park and follow the Walkhighlands route up the steep hill to gain the wide ridge to the highest point of the day, Sgorr Dearg at 1024m. From here we will drop to the col between the munros and then climb up to Sgurr Dhonuill (1001m).

We will then retrace our steps to the col at 757m before dropping north towards South Ballachulish and then back to the car.
