CIOCH

Hillwalking Club - Dunfermline

We are still unable to meet as a club at the Glen Tavern and so far we have had to cancel our weekend meets as the bunkhouses and hostels are still unable to open.

About Our Club

We are a small friendly club with around 40 members who have a common interest in hillwalking and other outdoor activities. We arrange regular weekend meets in some of Scotland’s most beautiful locations where we stay in independent or private bunkhouses and where the cost normally ranges between £10 – £20 per night. We also organise regular day walks.

All experience levels are catered for – we have a number of members who have climbed all of Scotland’s Munro’s, some more than once, as well as members who are just starting their hillwalking experience. Glen Tavern, Pittencrieff Street in Dunfermline – where we meet every Thursday night at 8:30pm. Alternatively, please contact our Chairman or Secretary for further information (contact details below).

Our Club is Constituted and we are Affiliated to Mountaineering Scotland
